Booking Inquiry Form

Before Making a Booking Please Read the Following:

Our online booking facility (available very soon) is a great way to quickly check availability, get a quote or make a booking. If you prefer talking with someone we are very happy to answer your questions by phone or to do a phone booking with you. You can contact us on (03)53566309 or by email or use our Enquiry Form at the top of this page.

 

If booking online you must pay the full amount to compete and confirm a booking.

For bookings made by phone or email:
To Confirm a booking for long weekends and all Victoria School Hilidays (including Easter and the Christmas to New Year period)full payment (including a non-refundable deposit of 25%) is required.
For other times you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit is 1 nights fees to confirm a booking.

We do not charge a credit card surcharge on deposits or payments made in full at time of booking.

 

You are welcome to arrive from 2:00pm until 8:00pm, unless you have booked either an early check in or late check in.
You can arrive after 8:00pm, however you must book an After Hours Check In (8pm to 11pm) or a Late Check In (after 11pm)
Check out is 11:00am on the day of departure; you will need to vacate the site or onsite caravan by 11:00am, unless you have booked a Late Departure(11am to 2pm) or Afternoon Depature (2pm to 5pm)
If you want to arrive before 2:00pm you will need to book either an Early Check In or Morning Check In

 

CAMP FIRES are only permitted from Easter through winter and spring until mid December. More information.
Premier Sites with Fireplaces are very large sites, and include our largest sites.
From Mid December to the Wednesday before Easter, you will not be allowed to use the fireplaces. More information.
From Easter until Mid December we sell firewood, and have "Fire Bowls" (portable fireplaces) which can be booked online. More information.

 

CARAVAN BOOKINGS: Bedding (linen, doonas / blankets, pillows and towels) are not supplied. Please bring your own. More information.
MAXIMIMUM number of PEOPLE that can sleep in an ONSITE CARAVAN is the "berth" of the van eg. 6 berth equals beds for 6 people. There is also space for two people to sleep in your own small tent beside the onsite vans. More information.

Children Prices are for Children from 1 to 16 years. Infants under 1 stay free.

 

MINIMUM STAYS apply for long weekends and all Victorian school holidays. More information.

 

Online Reservations: The reservation system (online booking facility - not yet available) is most compatible with Firefox and Chrome browsers. Safari users may need change security settings to enable payment gateway providers to access information temporarily (go to privacy settings / change the "block cookies" button from third parties and advertisers to "never"). If you have any problems, an alternative is to use the Booking Enquiry Form on our website or call us.

While we will make every effort to place you on the site (or in the caravan) you book, we may need to change your booking to another site (or Caravan). Sites can become too wet to use after heavy rains, or unexpected maintenance is needed. We will contact you if we need to change your booking.

The terms and conditions information includes information on how you can pay, deposits, what to do if you need to cancel or change the details of your booking, night time noise restrictions after 11:00pm, when and where you can have camp fires and lots of other useful information.
